This Fruehauf bulk trailer chassis came to us looking well past its best — rusted, faded, and clearly in need of attention. The owner needed more than just a tidy-up. They needed a full, professional job that would stand up to the demands of daily use.
We began by fully shotblasting the chassis to remove layers of corrosion and bring it back to bare metal. From there, it was primed and professionally repainted using durable 2K paint for a hard-wearing, gloss finish that will last on the road.

To complete the job, we replaced all rear lights and side markers, then applied a brand-new sticker kit to finish the look.
The Results Speak for Themselves
What started as a rusty, worn-out trailer chassis is now back to full working condition. It's protected, compliant and looks the part on any site or road.
Work Completed:
Full shotblast and prep
High-performance 2K primer and topcoat
Rear lights and side markers replaced
Full sticker kit installed
This isn’t just cosmetic. It’s a full restoration that protects the trailer’s value and ensures it's ready for the long haul.
